Wes Alfredson established Frank in 1991, after working in various roles in the building industry through the 1980s, including on large developments in Queensland. As managing director, he guides and builds the company and develops business relationships, but he is also involved in each and every project.
Frank employs a flexible team of talented and highly skilled people, who have worked on diverse and complex construction and fit-out projects. The behind-the-scenes team comprises contract administrators, project managers, an estimator and an office manager, all of whom play a vital role in making the business a success. Frank prides itself on fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and on developing strong professional relationships through its communicative and collaborative approach.
